EAP (Employee Assistance Program) benefits are offered by many employers and typically cover several free sessions at no cost to you. Check your HR or employee benefits portal to see if you have EAP coverage.

Monday-Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM
Friday: 8 AM - 6 PM
Saturday: 8 AM - 2 PM
Sunday: 8 AM - 12 PM
Sessions are offered weekly, biweekly, every three weeks, or monthly, depending on your needs and goals.
A note on getting started
Booking a first session doesn't mean you're committing to anything long-term. Sometimes it takes a session or two to know if a therapist is the right fit, and that's completely normal.
