I am in-network with a wide range of plans. If you see your insurance below, you can book directly. Check with your plan to find out about co-payment, caps on sessions, and whether you need a referral for behavioral health from your primary care.

EAP benefits are offered through many employers and typically cover a set number of free sessions at no cost to you. Check with your HR department or benefits portal to find out if you have EAP coverage and how many sessions are included.

If you're paying out of pocket because you're uninsured, out-of-network, or simply prefer not to use insurance, I offer a sliding scale based on household income. I don't think everyone should pay the same regardless of their circumstances, and this is one way to keep care within reach for more people.

Payment:
Payment is due the day of your session. I accept FSA and HSA cards in addition to standard payment methods.
