I am in-network with a wide range of plans. If you see your insurance below, you can book directly. Check with your plan to find out about co-payment, caps on sessions, and whether you need a referral for behavioral health from your primary care.

Self Pay Rates


If you're paying out of pocket because you're uninsured, out-of-network, or simply prefer not to use insurance, I offer a sliding scale based on household income. I don't think everyone should pay the same regardless of their circumstances, and this is one way to keep care within reach for more people.

Payment:

Payment is due the day of your session. I accept FSA and HSA cards in addition to standard payment methods.
